It's called Mod Spring! Perfect for flashy flower pix or the diva in your life! The bling word art and frames can be easily recolored. I've included a couple of new elements I've seen around- sequin flowers, loopy brads, and puckered ribbons. The ribbons fit right over the loopy brads for a threaded look.
